Thank you for visiting my CyberStudio!

As an artist, for the last 30 years, I’ve been into the artistic process – focused on my development as an artist. I've made little effort toward the showing or marketing my work. I like the idea of a website as a forum to share some of my work and ideas.

I’ve been primarily interested in the human form and its expression through drawing and painting. I’ve attended life drawing and painting classes for most of the last 30 years. In addition to working directly from the model, I also like to work from my imagination – seeing the figure in my minds eye. By studying human anatomy from real bones, skeletons, cadavers and above all careful observation, I’ve added a new dimension to my work. Beyond perception is conception – seeing, above all,  is consciousness. There are many layers in the visual process – from the interplay of light, form, and space – to the expression of the full range of feelings, physical and emotional that is part of the human experience – I try to explore them all.

I’ve also devoted a lot of my time to the landscape – to grasp the true subject of my landscape work is to break through the two dimensional surface into space, time and light…

Guiding the perception of Form, Space and Light,,, That’s the true medium of visual expression!
